Office Administrator

(Job Type: Part-Time, Monday to Friday 12:00-5:00 pm)
(Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour)

Must be organized, customer service driven and a team player!

Initially, this will require between 15 to 25 hours a week part time but will potentially become full time.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver a consistently exceptional level of customer service to customers and internal team members in a very fast paced work atmosphere.
  • Serve as main point of contact for all customers.
  • General data entry support.
  • Other office/admin duties as assigned and needed.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Scheduling & Dispatching.


Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast paced / high volume environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Quickbooks.
  • Internet Savvy.
  • Must have an outgoing personality.
