Thanks for your reminder system!  Richard and I are Tuffy’s fans!  After a bad experience with another company in Weatherford we thankfully discovered Tuffy’s, and our units have been running smoothly ever since after being told one that one was dead and had to be replaced by the other company. With Tuffy’s care… both our units are keeping us cool and comfortable with your twice a year program and some minor repairs that are normal for older units.  We’ve been so impressed that when we’ve needed repairs, your team members are efficient, effective, and courteous. I cannot speak more highly of Tuffy's Air Conditioning and Heating Services.  Words cannot express how appreciative I was when one afternoon, my old unit (39 years of age) started dumping water onto my carpet.  Tuffy's sent a technician out, took it all apart and discovered that the coil had been completely blocked of air flow because of dirt, etc.  Because of the age of the unit (and the fact that because of Tuffy's, we were able to limp along for the last few years), we decided it was time for a new unit.  I was originally concerned about the turnaround time, because it had been warm that week, and I was afraid of not being able to use the air conditioner.  I needn't have been worried ~ I think they enlisted every employee they had . . . arrived first thing in the morning and began tearing out the old system and duct work.  By 4:30 that afternoon, the new system (inside and outdoor units) was replaced, as well as the duct work.  What a difference!!!  Operation of the thermostat was thoroughly explained to me, and the staff of Tuffy's couldn't have been nicer or more professional.  I received a follow-up call to make sure everything was ok and to see if I had any questions.  I also had someone from Tuffy's bring me (rather than mail me) rebate information.  As I said, I couldn't be more pleased with Tuffy's, and I refer everyone I can to them.

Seems our new system is efficient and it functions just fine by maintaining a constant temperature and doing it quietly.  Our first full month Aug. 11th to Sep. 11th usage was down from 1,512 (July 11th to Aug. 11th), to 795 units a drop of almost half, 717 difference.

Thank you for giving us what we wanted.  With the other work you did, we feel this is about as good as we can expect in efficiency.

I wanted to write and let you know how much I have appreciated doing business with you and your firm.  As a retired military officer and former airline pilot, I am pretty conservative and demand perfection when it comes to doing work around my house.  I have had numerous contractors do work for me and have never had someone as thorough and professional as you and your people have been.  You responded to my call for an estimate promptly, gave me several options, explained exactly what you intended to do to replace my failed systems and repair my remaining system, and answered all my questions in a professional manner.  Then, you proceeded to deliver exactly what you promised.  The installation was thoroughly and professionally performed.  You cleaned up the house like it was your own.  Your follow up was meticulous.  In a few words, you delivered exactly what was promised and more.  You weren’t satisfied with just good enough, you went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.
